IRC Operator Help
The Avade IRC Network is a network that is friendly and helpful and that
offers not only general services and information through #Help but also
advanced help regarding ownership issues or other network related
issues.
The normal procedure for getting help from an Avade IRC Network
representative is to actually join in #OperHelp and wait for an IRC Operator
to voice(+) and you will get help.

However at times #OperHelp will not be staffed by any network
representative or you perhaps doesnt have time to wait around for an IRCOp
to help you, so AvadeNET has developed a unique way to send questions to the
staff. The following command is available for registered nicks:
Syntax:
/memoserv OPERHELP STAFFLEVEL ISSUE QUESTION
STAFFLEVELS
OPER - For general network help issues
SOP - For flooding, takeovers or simular abuse issues
SA - For ownership issues like stolen passes or other
SRA - Suggestions/Complaints or Services Abuse issues
MASTER - Services Suggestions or bug issues
ISSUE (The issue can only be 1 word long)
Nick - If the issue is about a nick
#Chan - If the issue is about a chan
Keyword - Issues not about specific nicks or chans
QUESTION
The question should be short and to the point explaining your issue or problem.
Examples:
/memoserv OPERHELP SOP takeover Please help me I cant...
/memoserv OPERHELP SOP #chan Help! someone is flooding...
/memoserv OPERHELP SA Dream I lost my pass to...
/memoserv OPERHELP SRA oper I want to complain about...
